Upon completion of his degree, Kieron was successful in gaining a Commission with the Royal Marines. After leaving the armed forces, he entered the recruitment profession, firstly with an International Recruitment Consultancy before joining Adamson & Partners in 1999. Working closely with Stuart Adamson, Managing Director, Kieron is responsible for new business development for Intellectual Property in the UK and Europe together with consultancy for European Intellectual Property. Kieron is also completing an MBA at Warwick University.
