After graduating from the University of Wales, Claire spent a number of years working within the travel industry before beginning her recruitment career with a large international recruitment company working on their legal commerce & industry desk.  Subsequently Claire moved to a smaller boutique legal search and selection organisation offering clients a more tailored approach to their in-house recruitment strategies.  In 2007 Claire combined her years of experience and success within the legal sector to create her own consultancy continuing to offer bespoke recruitment solutions to the legal in-house market.  Claire joined the International Legal Practice at Adamsom & Partners in 2010 and will be combining her knowledge of the UK legal in-house market with their pan-European expertise. Over the years Claire has handled a range of legal assignments in a diverse range of market sectors and organisations focusing on providing a first-rate consultancy service to both clients and candidates.
