After graduating from the University of Wales, Ken joined the pharmaceutical industry. For the next 15 years he held sales/marketing positions with Upjohn, Wellcome [Sales Manager Ireland] and Astra [Sales Manager, U.K and Ireland.] On leaving Astra, he spent 5 years as an International Recruitment Consultant with Grosvenor Stewart Ltd, where he first met Stuart Adamson.
In 1980, Ken was the co-founder of Indermaur International Ltd, a company specialising in the recruitment of senior executives in the global healthcare industry.
In the mid-1990’s, Ken rejoined Stuart Adamson, at Stuart’s new company, Adamson & Partners Ltd and has worked within the company’s healthcare division for the last 13 years, specializing in the recruitment of Directors and other senior Executives within all sectors of the healthcare industry.
