A global leader in the manufacture of aircraft approached Adamson & Partners with a mandate to recruit, simultaneously, a senior Intellectual Property lawyer and a Finance lawyer for the company’s headquarters in France.
Both assignments were conducted on a Search and Selection basis, with dedicated research teams scouring the major European legal markets for the finest legal talent within the IP and Financial sectors. Both positions required specific experience within their respective markets, ensuring a particularly targeted search covering both industry and private practice, with especially close attention paid to competitor organisations.
The search was successful in finding candidates for both positions.
