2.1. We may collect information about you from your completion of our on-line forms or from any email or further attachments that you send to us
2.2. We will collect information about you if you register as a member of Adamson & Partner’s or submit an application for any assignments posted on our website at http://www.adamsons.com
2.3. We keep a record of statistics regarding use of our website, but not in a format that identifies any individual.

3. Storage of information
3.1. Your information will be stored on Enigma Interactive’s (http://www.enigma-interactive.co.uk) web server and we will keep our own backup copy. We may also store your information on paper at our offices.
3.2. We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.
3.3. You have a statutory right to see a copy of the information we hold about you. Requests must be made in writing to the Adamson & Partners office at the address stated in point (1).

4. What we use your information for
4.1 We will use your information to provide you with any further details or information you request when you contact us.
4.2 If you register as a member of Adamson & Partner’s, your contact details and any attached documents, such as a Curriculum Vita, declared on your registration form will be stored in our Content Management System and Customer Relationship Management software internally. If you have registered through our website at http://www.adamsons.com, you may login to the site to change your information at any time.
4.3 All other data will be maintained by Adamson & Partners in accordance with law, and used for the purposes of recruitment searches and assignments.
5. With whom we may share your data
5.1. We will share your information with other members of Adamson & Partners, as described above in paragraph 4.2 of this privacy policy.
5.2. We will give third party suppliers who supply services to us (for example, as part of hardware or software maintenance) or who process information on our behalf (such as a hosting company) incidental access to your information.
5.3. If you have agreed to act as an Adamson & Partner’s testimonial, or have agreed to appear in an article featured on our website, we may wish to share your information with third parties, such as the media or support organisations. This will only be done with your consent.
