What are the benefits of retaining Adamson & Partners?
When Adamson & Partners are retained by a client, it means we are exclusively representing the client organisation to work with them in partnership and manage the process. The benefits to the client of retaining Adamson & Partners are:-

Once we have appointed Adamson & Partners, who will actually work on the assignment?
The consultant and researcher that you met during the preliminary consultation will form your account management team and will personally manage and deliver the assignment.

Do you outsource your research?
No. The research that is conducted on our clients’ behalf is critical to the success of the search. As such, Adamson & Partners believes that the best way for to ensure a high level of quality is to have our own in-house research function. As such, we have invested in recruiting high calibre staff and the right systems to ensure that our researchers are experts in their industry and well networked throughout their market. 

Do you charge your fees on a timescale or results driven basis?
As a true business partner, Adamson & Partners believe in being accountable for delivering results. Our fees are based upon achieving agreed performance milestones, not arbitrary timescales.

Do you meet all candidates?
As a part of a retained assignment, all candidates will be met by the lead consultant and interviewed with that specific position in mind.

How long will it take to find a suitable candidate?
Adamson & Partners aim to present a shortlist within 6-8 weeks. Depending on the nature of the assignment, on some occasions this maybe longer or shorter, but through regular communication you will be kept up to date with how the assignment is progressing.

What type of experience do your consultants have?
All of our consultants are experienced recruiters who have gained many years’ experience working within their practice areas. They have developed an in depth knowledge of their market, extensive network of contacts, and are well placed to advise and consult on your recruitment needs.
