FAQ's
Why should I register with Adamson & Partners?
With years of experience in mid to senior management search and selection, as a specialist in its chosen fields, you can be certain that Adamson & Partners will have access to the broadest and most relevant range of positions in the market today. By registering your details with us, we can ensure that you are kept fully abreast of such opportunities at all times.
How can I be sure that my CV will not be sent to any third party without my permission?
Adamson & Partners operates a strict code of conduct in relation to this matter. We personally guarantee that your details will only be released to outside parties with your express permission, as we appreciate the distress and harm that such an action may cause.
How quickly can I expect to be contacted after submission of my CV?
Adamson & Partners, where reasonably possible, will always strive to contact any candidate submitting their CV within a period of 3-5 days from receipt. Naturally, where possible and depending upon the emergency of the application, we will endeavour to make contact well within this timeframe.
When discussing a possible role with me, would you simply speak with me over the telephone and then send my CV to your client?
Unless in exceptional circumstances, Adamson & Partners will meet, on a face-to-face basis, with every candidate whose details we wish to submit to a client. By doing this, we have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of your experience to date, what you are now seeking in the way of role and your motivations for a possible move, as well as giving you more information about the role and company for which we are recruiting.
Does attending an interview with one of your clients automatically signify that I am ‘under obligation’ to that client in any way?
Not at all. We appreciate, as do our clients that many candidates with whom we speak are not necessarily looking to leave their current role. To that end, meeting with a client of Adamson & Partners in no way puts any candidate under any obligation. Many people simply wish to know more about the firm or company and to meet with the people before making an informed decision.
