The successful candidates will be expected to achieve a high profile and principally deal with ‘blue chip’, direct clients as well as associates in Europe and the USA plus being of a calibre to be able to exercise responsibility and autonomy rapidly after joining the firm. The candidates will join a dynamic team servicing mainly direct clients. You will be responsible for drafting, filing and prosecuting European patent applications providing patent validity and infringement advice leading to EPO Opposition and Appeal work plus litigation and opinion work.
Candidates should possess an excellent first degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Electronics or Engineering, and be a newly qualified EPA and/or CPA with a demonstrable talent and proven record of success in your field. Finals standard candidates with appropriate expertise will also be given serious consideration. You will be team orientated, highly motivated, with an attention for detail, proactive with clients and enjoy working in an open and caring culture where the quality of one's work is highly valued.
