Our client, a leading Intellectual Property firm in France, employs a team of 60 and
operates from an impressive office in an agreeable district of Paris. The private practice
is committed to providing the highest level of professional services to its clients and
enjoys an excellent international reputation, representing the interests of multinational
companies and scientific research organisations in all technology sectors.

The firm has enjoyed consistent growth since the last decade and is seeking to appoint
an additional fully-qualified Patent Attorney to join its Physics, Engineering and High
Technology department, principally for French and International Scientific Research
Institutes and corporate clients, with additional instructions being received from a
network of international agents.

The position will be fully autonomous and involve drafting, filing and prosecuting
French, European, PCT and worldwide patent applications, and providing advice on all
aspects of patent validity, infringement and litigation, in France and overseas for an
assigned portfolio of clients.

Applicants should have a first degree and preferably a Master’s or PhD in Physics,
Engineering or Electronics – or a Grande École diploma; and possess EPAand preferably
national qualification.

Fluency in both English and French is essential to service the firm’s clients and foster full
integration into the professional life of the organisation.
