Due to their continuing growth and expansion, together with a realignment of the Intellectual Asset Management Department to better service the Research and Strategic Business Units, there is a need to recruit a high calibre IP Adviser with a strong commercial and pro-active approach to join the Department and take responsibility for part of the portfolio.
Located in Lausanne, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the intellectual property services on the full range of patent and technology related matters. Reporting to the Head of Patents for Beverage & Systems, the appointee will work closely with scientists, commercial colleagues and senior management in developing a strong IP portfolio. In addition to the full range of patent attorney responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for actively promoting the IP discipline within R&D and Commercial functions.
Applicants must be fluent in English, with ideally a knowledge of French or German. In addition you will possess an excellent first degree ideally in mechanics, electronics or related discipline, be a qualified EPA and be able to demonstrate impressive career progress to date in either industry or private practice.
