Adamson & Partners is an international executive search and selection consultancy with over 75% of its fee turnover earned outside of the UK, primarily Continental Europe.

It operates three divisions, an Intellectual Property division where it is the leading executive search consultancy in Europe, a Legal division and an expanding Healthcare division.

We are now seeking to appoint a Senior Search consultant in our Healthcare division.  The requirement is for an experienced consultant with in-depth experience of healthcare recruitment gained with a major blue-chip search consultancy with exposure to working as part of an international team.

For the junior role, we see candidates who have experience of recruitment in the sector, ideally with a major well known search consultancy.  We will also consider those candidates currently working in the research department of a major search consultancy who are seeking to advance their careers into a consultancy role.

Both of these are key appointments for us and the candidates appointed will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package.  Career advancement potential for both positions will be excellent.

Ideally candidates will be UK domiciled.
