Adamson & Partners’ in-house research function plays a vital role in the successful completion of assignments and, with a view to strengthening our team, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate.  The main duties of this role will be comprised of:

• Preparing presentation documents and when appropriate, search parameters & analysis;
• Accompanying consultants on client briefings and preparing search strategies;
• Identifying and investigating suitable candidates using various research techniques;
• Discussing opportunities with candidates and assessing their suitability;
• Providing a shortlist of candidates for the Consultant to interview;
• Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles for presentation to clients; and
• In the absence of the Consultant, act as the direct client representative on behalf of Adamson & Partners.

Your previous experience should have been gained with a major executive recruitment consultancy in the search function.  All our researchers are trained and developed with a view to advancement to consultancy status and we are therefore only interested in talking to high calibre graduate candidates, who possess an analytical mindset, sound judgement and outstanding communication skills. Due to the international nature of our business it should be noted that overseas travel will be required from time to time and fluent German is a necessity.
