The Client:

The Role:
• A high profile role with responsibility and autonomy, principally dealing with direct clients.
• To build strong client relationships with client visits, and participate in the implementation of business development and marketing strategies.
• To draft, file and prosecute UK, European and PCT patent applications.
• To provide validity and infringement advice and conducting EPO oppositions and appeals.
• To manage patent portfolios.

The Candidate:
• Qualified CPA and/or EPA.
• Excellent first degree in physics, electronics or a relevant discipline.
• A genuine interest in the full range of IP disciplines.
• Team orientated, highly motivated and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
