Based at Novartis’ Global Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
The Fellow position is part of the PK-PD Bioanalytics section. The main responsibilities are:

to support PK and PD assay development (in compliance with GLP) by assisting/coaching the PK-PD Lab Heads. To manage assay trouble shooting (internally and at CROs)

to support implementation of new technologies (FACS, LC-MS, automation) and ensure the coordination of this new technology platform.

to manage links with other line functions to ensure that PK and PD assays are optimally developed and validated to support project specificity

Candidates will ideally fulfil the following requirements:

PhD in biochemistry or related life science field and a minimum of 5 years experience in assay development.

In depth knowledge in technologies for macro-molecules quantification in biologic fluids, mainly immuno-assays. FACS and LC-MS expertise would be an advantage.
